During the application process you may be asked to demonstrate your not-for-profit status.

You may be required to provide proof of incorporation.

If yes, please provide both the Trust and the Trustee’s ABN.

If you are not registered for GST, please include GST when calculating your project’s cost. If you are registered for GST, your project cost should be exclusive of GST.

In 200 words or less, describe the activities you will use grant funds for.

Your project MUST meet one or more of the objectives listed in section 2.2 of the Grant Guidelines. If your project does not meet one or more of these criteria, your project will not be eligible for funding.

Your project MUST include one or more of the eligible activities listed in section 5.1 of the Grant Guidelines. You MUST list the eligible activity or activities, that match your chosen objective or objectives. If you do not do this, your project will not be eligible for funding.

In 200 words or less, explain how your project supports and encourages local community participation and delivers social benefits to the local community.
